More complaining about my truck..

So I have 203k miles on this bad boy now. I want to lift it, but my issue is REAL lifts for it cost 1.7k. I could do torsion keys and add-a-leafs but that would only get me about 3 inches.
Also I have a 3.0.. Stock is already pushing the power limits on it...all it is, is a reliable motor that likes high RPM's. So anything over 35inch tires is not possible with extreme regearing, like 5:13's...

Here is what is currently wrong with my truck:
Leaking radiator
Stuck fan clutch(dropped my average mpg to 9)
Broken swaybar linkage (yay for jumping the truck 3ft)
Front diff leaks
Bad U-joints
Slave cylinder is bad, gonna replace the whole clutch
Rear main seal leaks
Still no airbags
Power steering pump leaks a bit
Starter is going
Rotors are warped
Tires are 20% at best

Thinking of buying my neighbors 94(?) Ranger. Same truck as mine except it has the 4.0 and TBB front suspension with coils, so it would only cost $600 to lift. So I wouldn't have to regear it like crazy to get it to move, and still retain decent mpg.

Still an extended cab, still a 5spd. Also the truck only has 56k original miles, and he is the original owner.

Idk I just got a promotion at work and am making a little bit more money, so idk what I wanna do. Smart thing to do would be to save my money, fix my truck and sell it, then buy the other one??

I have a disgusting amount of video from last year. I'm still sorting through it all and putting it into a little 4 minute or so movie. A lot of stuff from the summer when we raced the cars then romped the trucks 6 nights a week.

Ahh I have been dead I know. My mom had surgery on her back so I have been dealing with that.

1. Dogmeat got the computer parts! Thank you again I'm waiting on my heatsink to come in.

So I fixed the radiator and the fan clutch. Only cost $160 so not to bad. Blew the rear wheel cylinder and lost my breaks so that was another fix. Haven't been on much, working about 50 hours a week and been spending a lot of time with a new girl. Hopefully I will be able to get on this weekend!

Hey Lazer I won't be on today. I work till 5 then told the girl who I have been seeing I would meet her parents. Then we have to work on my buddys car. If you check my Facebook you'll see a couple pictures of how we took a Dodge Stratus off road and beat it for hours. The trans is slipping from the hours of abuse!

Great! Her dad and I got along great just b.s'ing, her mom likes me, and her grandmother who lives with them is an awesome, crazy 90yr old. Unfortunately I didn't bring their daughter back until 6:30am so...

So last night I took the girl whom I've been seeing out to dinner. We ate and right after we got done I said I was going to use the bathroom. I got up and found our waitresses, and handed her a note. After talking for a second she agreed to put the note in the checkbook and make sure Rachael (the girl whom I was seeing) got it and not me. Well the waitress did what she was supposed to. When Rachael opened the check, she got red in the face, smiled, and said yes...to being my girlfriend that is. That ladies and gentleman is the story of how I asked my girlfriend out.

On a different note, I fixed the power Windows in my truck. First time they have worked properly in over a year and a half

Lol! Yeah idk, it was funny because afterwards we were talking and she said that she noticed I was a little tense throughout dinner and had no idea why. Ahha either way everything went according to plan
