Steam Controller

Has anyone tried the new Steam Controller yet? I just bought one for an early Christmas present. If it works, I'll probably get a Steam Link and try that, too.

There aren't many games that have controller support out of the box. You have to create bindings for it on your own, which is kind of a pain. And for HL2 and CS, you have to use the default WASD/Mouse setup, which isn't much help with aiming. Valve promises more custom configurations for games in the future.

If I stink worse than usual at clan night tonight, I'm gonna blame the contorller.

Hey,

Be interested to know if targeting a Mag with the Steam controller works as well as using a mouse. Saw at Steam that their controller has some new features designed to help targeting. I've always preferred a mouse and keypad setup (I use a Belkin n52te for the keypad, which has a built in thumb D-pad for all movement).
