I see that a IP address and a Steam account have been added to the ban list. WHO and Why? And How was it done?

I don't have admin at the moment. Dunno how long it's been since I had it. If you could add me back, though, I'd appreciate it. I ran across someone tonight who needed the boot.

Nevermind. I do have admin. They changed the command from "admin" to "sm_admin." It works.
