So enough is enough. My truck is coming up. Just put a deposit on the lift last week. RCD 5.5 inch lift Converting from torsion bars to coils. Here is the plan. Before I even install the kit, I'm making these upgrades. Fox 2.0" Emulsion Coil Over, 5/8" Shaft, 6.5" Travel x 2 14inch Hypercoils, 750lbs x 2 The lift calls for add - a - leaf's and shackles in the rear ... Skyjacker Softride Lift Leaf packs, 6inch lift Going to pull an 8.8 rear with a limited slip Eaton E-locker up front (Dana 35) 4:88 gears with 33 or 34 inch tires. Still undecided on the brand. Hurst shifter ... Never have to worry about bushings and reduced throw. Custom turnsown exhaust. Dumped before the rear axle for more of a flat belly. 200amp alternated to replace my 90amp. LIGHTS! Everywhere. I want to be seen from space. Skid plates. Everywhere. Rock sliders. (My running boards will do for now.) Power steering cooler. LETS DO THIS! I know to a lot of people this means nothing, so here is the shortened version. I'm lifting my truck, putting big tires on it, all good parts, and gonna beat the CRAP out of it. Picking up the lift the 17th, ordered traction bars and they should be here in the next couple of weeks.
And screw gas mileage, I'm saving for 35's.

GOT THE LIFT. Now I need to strip it down to bare metal and go over it with POR-15, the a coat of John Deer Blitz Black. Traction bars should be here in a week or so, and I just got all new calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines. This week I'm going to pull a 8.8 rear and prep that for paint. So I'm probably gonna be rolling around on 235(28.8inch stock tires) and a 5.5 inch lift.
And turns out the lift already comes with the good Fox shocks and the 750lbs Hypercoils!

Paint just got here today, and also picked up the 8.8: So far within the past 3 weeks, I've dropped $1558. Did some math, and came to $5458 until I have everything for my truck. And thats excluding all the new brake parts I need for the rear, bumpers I want, front radiator support, and about $600 on custom switch panels I'm going to have laser cut... By end of summer I'll be pushing $7k.... I need another job.

BLOWN HEAD GASKETS! ARG!!!! Wth. Screw this, I'm buying a crate motor. adfasdasfjkbsdvnkjvbjlsdv Yay for headgasket sealer crap. Worst stuff you could ever put in your motor. Screw it, I did. All it has to do is get me by a couple months. Bah humbug. Still waiting on my buddy to get a shim for his lift, so then we can lag it into the ground. Once that happens, 5.5 inch lift time
