Advice on new build

Have an old Thermaltake case (Full Tower) that I would move the guts to a smaller tower, and use the case (and fans)to make a new PC. Or, should I just buy another case?
Don't care how pretty it is, just as long as it performs.
Here's pics of the case, guts still inside. (Insert top of stove cooling issue joke here)

I wont be using the water-cooler, but there are 5 fans in that case.

Don't want to spend 300 bucks on a case. 50 bucks maybe. Already have a 600w PS
