A few of my friends from school were feeling a little burned out today so we fishing for a few hours today and made out pretty well. I love fishing and go out any chance I get, but this winter was pretty frustrating in Nebraska because it never really got cold enough for ice fishing, but never warm enough for open water. We made out pretty good today probably due to this fact! No one has been able to fish the lakes that have trout in them so they are easy to catch right now. Probably cook some of these guys up this weekend.

Ps. Don't mention that I went fishing around my fiancé because she'd be mad considering I have two quizzes tomorrow and will likely be studying both Friday and saturday night for an upcoming test.

Fishing is absolutely the best way to prepare for any sort of quiz, exam, witness stand, or wedding day. I do my best thinking while fishing. Half the reason I want a pilot's license is so I can get to isolated fishing spots.

Don't mention that to my wife, and we'll call it even.
